Kim Kardashian might be heavily pregnant but she didn't spend her birthday with her feet up and had plenty of fun at a surprise bash.
The 35-year-old star has shared behind-the-scenes snaps from the party thrown for her in late October by family and friends.
She features in pics posted on her website kimkardashianwest.com with her daughter North West and husband Kanye, who even managed to crack a smile.
Kim appeared relaxed and happy as she played with her two-year-old daughter, who looked adorable in a cream outfit and matching sandals.
The tot was having a great time and was pictured gazing at a candy display full of M&Ms and sour Skittles which were available for guests.
They were even snapped trying on fake bumps and rapper Tyga wrapped his arms around girlfriend Kylie.
Kim stunned in a beige and showed off her bump, while writing on her site: "Kanye never ceases to amaze me!!! He threw me the best surprise party and had everyone wear fake baby bumps to go with the pregnant theme."

The reality TV queen had lunch and cake and added: "We got to watch the new Steve Jobs movie together. There were even churros! I had the best time ever!
