Veteran Nigerian musician and producer OJB Jezreel dies at 49

Very sad news this morning! Talented singer, songwriter and producer Babatunde Okungbowa popularly known as OJB Jezreel has died. The music maestro, who was flown for a Kidney transplant in India in 2013 and was said to be doing well, had a relapse about two weeks ago and was kept on daily dialysis before his urgent need for oxygen yesterday. Unfortunately, he didn't make it. He died early this morning June 14th at Isolo General Hospital in Lagos.

He is survived by 3 wives, Mabel, June, Korede and many children. May his soul rest in Peace. Amena

Nigerian Colonel Charles Opuene Nenjite beat 380 other postgraduate students to the top position at the U.S. War College (USAWC), Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Col Nengite's performance was the best by any foreigner in 38 years in the college




- one of the best in the international fellows programmes at the USAWC

- Col. Nengite bagged six awards for outstanding performance in different courses:

- Distinguished Graduate award reserved for the top five fellows in his class of 381

- the Commandant’s award for distinction in research.

- USAWC recognition award for innovation in SHARP – Sexual Harassment and Response Programme and articulated a seminal paper - SHARP is considered of significant importance to the U.S. Army.

- 2nd best speaker award in the speaking competition in the 2016 class made up of 302 Americans and 79 other nationals in 73 other countries.




According to google, he is a graduate of Electrical Eng. from the Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna and studied at Federal Govt College, Warri.

Amber Heard calls police amid claims Johnny Depp has breached court's restraining order

TMZ reports that Johnny Depp's estranged wife, Amber Heard’s team reportedly called the police alleging that Johnny Depp has broken his restraining order by sending people to their home to take things out of it.

The LAPD responded to the call as a possible breach of the court restraining order against Johnny Depp which was granted days after Amber Heard filed for divorce. Johnny Depp who is currently in the Bahamas, was ordered by the court restraining order to stay 100 yards away from their Los Angeles home which is currently been occupied by Amber Heard.

However, the order states that Depp can take personal belongings needed from the house until Friday’s hearing.

Johnny Depp’s team visited the home on Monday to remove his personal items from the property claiming that it was allowed.

Their case would be heard in Court on Friday June 17
