President Trump makes historic visit to North Korea's Demilitarized Zone (Photo)

President Donald Trump on Sunday shook hands with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as they met at the demilitarized zone that has divided the Korean peninsula for 66 years.

After shaking hands with Kim over the line that marks where their two countries and their allies fought each other to a standstill in the 1950-53 Korean War, Trump walked for several steps into North Korean territory, before another handshake.

The two men then walked into Seoul’s territory together pausing on the line for photographers where they were joined by South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

The impromptu meeting in the DMZ which came after Trump issued an invitation on Twitter on Saturday comes with negotiations between Pyongyang and Washington over the North’s nuclear arsenal at a deadlock.

I was abused a lot in different ways at different stage and I almost got used to it - Gospel singer, Sola Allyson

Gospel singer, Sola Allyson has shared her sexual assault stories as a child growing up.

Triggered by Busola Dakolo's recent rape allegation against Pastor Fatoyinbo, the gospel singer said, 'I was abused a lot. Different ways at different stages. I almost got used to it. I am still healing. because I speak ! It hurts but I speak'.

The singer said she paid a visit to her mum to relive some of her childhood sexual abuse encounters and here's what she wrote;

I was at my Mother's today... There had been issues, since my childhood. But that story, for another time... So, I was asking her questions, out of pain.. Then, this conversation below took place:

Me: "Do you know that your cousin, when you left me at shdgrigofn, molested me?" I was in primary school. Over 30 years ago... I remember everything clearly... I was confused. What would I say? How would I say it?

Her: Eyes wide!

Me: "Do you know that Mr. Thshdudidj nearly raped me? The one that used to come to your shop..." Her: Eyes wider, mouth agape, "why didn't you tell me?" Me: "Tell you? How? When there was no connection and it showed you didn't like me? Kò possible nao!" Me: "That man that used to come and take beer and peppersoup in your shop, after I served him one day, brought out his penis that I should play with." I was like 14-15. I ran away from the shop. You didn't bother to ask why, you only punished me by depriving me of food for days because, "that's where you get money from." Her: No words

Me: "Do you remember that time when...." And so on

Her: No words, looking what-do-I-say kind of. I love her!

We talked about other things... I felt a lot better. The anger I'd been feeling for days subsided... I'm still healing. I was abused a lot. Different ways at different stages. I almost got used to it. I am still healing. Because I SPEAK! It hurts but I SPEAK!

This is my story. This is my song. Told in this way I choose. Sung in this form I deem fit. But I SPEAK! For the sake of my kind, who have been made "sick" by abuse of all sorts. Not for you? Please move on. I'm not begging for "fanhood"! It is not only for Busola's sake that we are doing this. It is for our women, our daughters, our sons, our future! She murdered her privacy to SPEAK. She risked it all... Yes, I believe her. You won't listen to my music again? If it is because of this, it's ok. I wish you well. But you will be replaced by millions others from here, from distant shores and islands! Where I'm going is far. Everything in Creation backs me up as I stand and SPEAK for the TRUTH, only.

SPEAK, Child, therefrom your healing begins!

Manchester United complete £50m signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace and he'll earn £80,000 a week (Photos)

Manchester United have finally completed the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka after splashing £50million to get the defender from Crystal Palace.

The 21-year-old England star signed a five-year deal worth £80,000-a-week that will keep him at the club until at least 2024.

Wan-Bissaka will wear the No 29 on his back at Old Trafford.

According to the transfer deal, United will pay an initial fee of £45m, with another £5m due in add-ons should the player hit certain performance targets.

Wan-Bissaka told United's website: 'It's an unbelievable feeling and an honour to call myself a Manchester United player and something I know that only a small number of players have the privilege to say.

'I can't wait to get going and integrated into the squad. I will have a short break now after the European Championships but I'm looking forward to starting training with the manager and my new team-mates on the pre-season tour.'

Speaking on the successful capture of the defender, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: 'Aaron is one of the best upcoming defenders in the Premier League. He has the right work ethic, talent and mentality to play for Manchester United and he fits exactly the type of player that we are looking to bring into the squad to help us improve and push on further.

'Aaron is a young, hungry player and eager to learn and that's important at his age. I am delighted he has signed with us and we look forward to continuing his tremendous development so far.'

Aaron Wan-Bissaka now joins winger Daniel James, who became the first summer arrival at Old Trafford when the 21-year-old joined from Swansea for £18m.

If you’re not corrupt, declare your assets - PDP tells Buhari

The Peoples Democratic Party has challenged President Buhari and Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo to publicly declare their assets to prove to Nigerians and the world that they are not corrupt.

The main opposition party also asked the President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan, and the Speaker, House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, to make public their assets to convince Nigerians.

The PDP Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Diran Odeyemi, in a statement on Friday said,

“We are of the opinion that President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan, and Speaker, House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, should declare openly their assets to allow Nigerians to further see how much wealth they have acquired since joining government.

“We believe laying claim to sainthood is easy as Buhari and others have been doing all along, but Nigerians deserve to see beyond whatever the government forces down their throats. By making public declaration of their assets, Nigerians will be able to see better and judge accordingly.

“By making public their assets, Nigerians will see how many cattle in 2019 had been added to what Buhari had in 2015. Blowing hot and cold at the same time is not the hallmark of a leader with clean hands.”

He warned that should Buhari and others fail to make public declaration of their assets, further aspersions would be cast on the anti-graft efforts of the present administration. He alleged that rather than build on the innovations introduced by the PDP administrations to end graft, Buhari appeared ''directionless and uncoordinated to stop corruption in the country. ''

He said, “We urge Buhari and other top government officials to be more coordinated and exhibit transparency not only in fighting graft but in their dealings with Nigerians, because, no matter how fast lies have moved, in a flight, truth will catch up.

Mother and daughter hacked to death over witchcraft allegation

An Indian mother and daughter were hacked to death by three men over allegations of witchcraft in the country’s remote tribal-dominated east.

According to police reports, the 50-year-old woman and her young daughter were beaten by their neighbours before being attacked with knives on Wednesday night in West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand state.

Police said the victims’ family was embroiled in a land dispute with one of the accused, who used black magic allegations as a cover-up to commit the crime.

“One of the accused told the villagers that the women were witches and responsible for deaths and diseases in the village. They attacked the women in the night and killed them brutally,” district police chief Indrajit Mahatha told AFP.

The woman’s husband filed a complaint against the accused who are on the run, he said. More than 2,000 people many of them women were killed in India on suspicion of witchcraft between 2000 and 2012, according to the National Crime Records Bureau. Some states, including Jharkhand, have introduced special laws to try to curb crimes against people accused of witchcraft and superstition.

According to reports, belief in witchcraft and the occult remains widespread in impoverished rural communities across India. There are also occasional reports of human sacrifices. Earlier this month police in northeastern Assam state said they suspected a case of human sacrifice after finding the headless body of a woman near a Hindu temple.

Deportations of undocumented migrants to begin after July 4 - President Trump announces

US President Donald Trump has said that the deportation of undocumented migrants will begin after July 4.

“We will be removing large numbers of people starting sometime after July 4,” Trump said as additional report said that US Immigration authorities had earlier announced plan to launch a sweeping effort to deport recently arrived undocumented families.

The operation is expected to target up to 2,000 families facing deportation orders in as many as 10 US cities, including Houston, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles, according to a media report . A spokesman for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement declined to comment, saying,

“Due to law-enforcement sensitivities and the safety and security of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel, the agency will not offer specific details related to enforcement operations before the conclusion of those actions.”

The Acting Director of ICE, Mark Morgan, said the agency would target for deportation families that have received a removal order from a US immigration court. Morgan said ICE wanted to deport undocumented families who had recently arrived in the US to discourage more Central Americans from arriving.

Trump had tweeted, before the formal kickoff of his 2020 re-election campaign, that ICE would begin removing “the millions” of undocumented immigrants in the US. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the country’s top Democrat, responded, saying, “The president’s new threat of a mass deportation dragnet is an act of utter malice and bigotry, designed solely to inject fear in our communities.”

COZA member Akah Nnani asks Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, to step down immediately as Senior Pastor of the church following rape allegations

Actor Akah Nnani who is a member of COZA, has asked the founder, Biodun Fatoyinbo to step down as senior pastor of the church following the rape allegation leveled against him by Busola Dakolo, wife of singer, Timi Dakolo. Posting the screenshot on the right on his page, Akah wrote

''This issue has been addressed by the senior pastor. Pastor has said he never raped anyone in his life. Good! Praise God. Now what next?
Dear @biodunfatoyinbo The next thing to do sir, is to step down from the position of senior pastor. But I know you know this sir and the church is in fact already making arrangements for this because anything contrary to this would be unconscionable, corrupt and anarchical.
In proper states, governments, working systems, businesses and organisations even in the circular domain, the leader in question will step down first. INNOCENT OR NOT.

The only thing I want to hear on Sunday is pastor announcing to the church that he is stepping down and not a single word more to sway the emotions of the congregation or encourage them to defend on social media or even any sermon from him. Someone else can take the word. TILL THIS WHOLE THING CLEARS AND WE CAN SEE ROAD!! But hey, Like I said, I know they will do the right thing.

Now, 'Should in case' He doesn't step down, or he preaches a sermon, or just maybe the church organisation does not know the right thing to do, then I am calling on all well meaning human beings, all well meaning Christians, truly called Pastors, to raise their voice on all social media platforms with this hashtag, #PastorStepDown and demand for the right procedure to be followed till the whole matter is resolved. On all social media platforms.

I humbly implore ALL @cozaglobalmembers to watch the entire 4 parts of @busoladakolo account with a pure and human heart. Watch with the intention to listen. See the woman speaking. SEE HER.

May we all operate in wisdom and love. Madness is not Nigeria's surname. May Nigerians be free from slavery. The truth will stand up.

By the way we need CAN and PFN to step into this matter. I believe these associations are regulatory bodies of Christian churches too. Please bring the table out in the open.

Pastor Tony Rapu explains why 'many leaders lack the confidence to address sexual abuse'

In light of the sexual abuse allegation levelled against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, another man of God Pastor Tony Rapu has shared deep insights on how such cases should be addressed.

According to Tony Rapu, 'many leaders lack the confidence to address sexual abuse because they do not feel adequately equipped to handle the complexities involved'.

'Others do not have sufficient training to address the challenges sexual or even domestic abuse matters throw up. We need to understand how this issue of sexual abuse can be addressed in the light of the Gospel' he said.

See his full piece below...

From child sexual assault to domestic violence to workplace harassment, abuse destroys countless lives. New stories filled with allegations of sexual abuse or assault by leaders and prominent persons continue to emerge. The #MeToo phenomenon has drawn significant attention to an issue that many are afraid to talk about.

Only recently, some young girls spoke out against abuse by young Nigerian boys in UK universities, when they conducted a walk around the Bourdillon, Ikoyi area to bring attention to this issue. This negative trend is now impacting people in our churches and those we are trying to reach with the message of the Kingdom.

I believe many churches desire to get it right on this issue but often do not get involved because leadership may lack the competence to address the problem. Many lack the confidence to address sexual abuse because they don’t feel adequately equipped to handle the complexities involved. Others do not have sufficient training to address the challenges of sexual or even domestic abuse matters throw up. We need to understand how this issue of sexual abuse can be addressed in the light of the Gospel:
Caring for survivors:

Protecting and caring for others was a priority of Jesus Christ in His life and it should be for us today. The effect of sexual abuse cannot be overlooked or minimised. The trauma experienced by a survivor of sexual abuse should drive us to compassionate ministry.

Many have never told anyone and I believe when they do, they need to be met with support and care as a first response. Because it is difficult to share, we must be sensitive even to delayed, vague or partial disclosure. Even in cases where it is still an allegation, survivors should still be supported as many innocent victims who have hitherto been shamed into silence are encouraged to voice their pain.

There is no quick fix to this trauma. So we need to work patiently, not shaming the survivors, but allowing time for grief. If we do not respond appropriately to issues of abuse, we will end up bringing greater pain that traumatizes the individuals, and we would never be able to effectively address this issue.
Confronting sin:

We must call sexual abuse sin. Since we understand God’s design for sexuality, it will be sad if the world were more willing than the Church to name and address the issue of sexual abuse. Sexuality was created by God for our good. When we understand the beauty of what God designed, we can appreciate the devastating effects of sexual abuse. We cannot ignore or cover the matter.

Properly dealing with sin like this reflects what we believe about God and the Gospel. When prominent personalities in the world do not offer apologies for their actions, it provides a backdrop for the Church to discuss what genuine repentance should look like.

Confronting sin means we are being honest when things go wrong in the Church. We must evaluate what went wrong in order to make appropriate changes in situations of abuse. It is never late to do the right thing.
Seeking justice:

Abuse is not just a sin. It is also against the law in many countries. As we have seen in cases globally where there is an attempt to cover up abuse, it is usually in a bid to avoid a scandal. Unfortunately, this produces a system that empowers and protects abusers and in the end it is the abused, particularly minors, who suffer.

We need to be more concerned about dealing with sexual abuse in a way that cares for survivors and demonstrates justice rather than with the fear of what a scandal might produce. We must recognize sexual abuse as a sin but also something that goes beyond the jurisdiction of the Church. This is where many organisations make a mistake by trying to handle sexual assault allegations internally.

Some have blamed survivors, even those who were children at the time of the abuse and have often pressurised them to forgive rather than seek justice. There is a sense of not wanting other people to know. We don’t want to air our dirty laundry in public. But we must never pressure survivors into forgiveness. Yes, we do need forgiveness; but we must not use forgiveness to undermine the severity of sexual abuse and keep survivors quiet.
Protecting the vulnerable:

We must look for ways to improve our effort to prevent and stop abuse. We can protect the vulnerable through sexual abuse awareness training. We need to demonstrate that the Church is a safe place both in preventing abuse, protecting the vulnerable, and getting help for those abused. We have a God who cares for the vulnerable and hears their cries. We as His people should be like Him.

The Church should be the place where victims of sexual assault find help and hope. Training on how to identify sexual abuse and respond to survivors will help members navigate this difficult topic in a Christ-centered approach. We have a long way to go in not shaming the abused.

We have been too afraid of being attacked by outsiders and too focused on maintaining our image. The truth is that addressing sexual abuse gives us the opportunity to acknowledge our sins and our need of a Savior. It also demonstrates the nature of God to a broken world.

Even the most useless Nollywood movie director won't accept such a plot - Reno Omokri reacts to Busola Dakolo's rape story, says he doesn't believe her

Busola Dakolo made headlines earlier today when she revealed in an interview that she was raped twice by COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo when she was fresh out of secondary school (read here and here). She added that after allegedly raping her, he told her she should be happy it was a man of God who disvirgined her.

Reno Omokri has reacted to the intervew which has since gone viral on the internet with most celebrities supporting Busola Dakolo over Pastor Fatoyinbo.

In a post he shared on Instatgram, Reno stated that even though he isn't a fan of Fatoyinbo, Busola's story doesn't add up and cannot stand up in court or in the light of cross examination.

He further said Nigerians are too gullible and are easily manipulated.

Read his post below.

For The Body of Christ, Not For Pastor Fatoyinbo
I have NEVER liked Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA for reasons that I will not say publicly. However, I am mature enough to divorce my emotions and be led by logic. And I counsel those now condemning him to do the same.
The average Black African is easily moved to hysteria by excitable emotions. This is why it is RIDICULOUSLY easy to manipulate Africans with the media Satan does his best work with such people, who can’t suppress emotion in preference to logic.
Think. Dont emote. A pastor comes to your house early in the morning. He does not know who will open when he knocks, or who is at home. He knocks and immediately you open he pushed you to a chair and raped you in your pyjamas. Do people think?
Even the most USELESS movie director wont accept such a plot in a B rated Hollywood/Nollywood/Bollywood movie. A movie has to have PLAUSIBILITY. I dont like pastor Fatoyinbo, but I won’t suspend my intellect because of my dislike of the fellow.
After he allegedly raped her, she kept quiet for enough time for him to go to his car and get a soda drink for her? It does not ADD UP. My dislike for Biofun Fatoyinbo won’t make me become a SLANDERER by default. This story rings very FALSE.
I am an advocate of morality. For years, I publicly preach against premarital and extramarital sex. I pastored a congregation in Abuja for years. I will NEVER, EVER, support RAPE. But satan is going about like a roaring lion seeking whom to consume!
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo is SLEEK. Too sleek for my liking. What type of sleek man will rape an underaged girl in HER PARENTS HOUSE. While HER SIBLINGS are AT HOME. And then leave her to go get a drink from his car. Is this mass HYPNOSIS.
Do we Black African of the Nigerian variety think at all? Do we only exist in the soulish realm? I have a Masters in Law from England. The story CANNOT stand up in court. The story CANNOT stand up in the light of cross examination.
I give you my word that if you gave satan 10 minutes to manipulate the minds of Nigerians, he will get a sizeable number of Nigerians to believe that Jesus is evil and he satan is good. We are too gullible, excitable

"Biodun Fatoyinbo is a Cancer" Shade Ladipo blasts Biodun Fatoyinbo and calls on other popular pastors to speak up against him (video)

Media personality, Shade Ladipo has released a video blasting Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA church.

She revealed she has been trolling the flamboyant pastor "for the past 3 years mainly because I knew within me that he is the devil incarnate." She said this led to him blocking her on Instagram.

Speaking in the video, Shade referred to Pastor Biodun as an "animal" who "needs to be deleted from the world.

She went on to call on Pastors Sam Adeyemi, Ituah, Tony Rapu and other well respected pastors to speak up and condemn pastor Fatoyinbo for raping Busola Dakolo twice when she was a minor.

Judge who ordered Diezani’s arrest dies

A High Court judge of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Justice Valentine Ashi, who ordered security agencies to arrest and produce the former Petroleum Resources Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, within 72 hours, is dead.

It was gathered that the judge died on Thursday June 27th in an Abuja hospital from an udisclosed ailment.

Authorities of the FCT High Court also confirmed the development but assured a formal statement will be issued on Monday, with the authority of the Chief Judge, Justice Ishaq Bello, The Nation reports.

“Some members the late Justice Ashi’s family has visited the court’s management to inform the court about the unfortunate incident. I can confirm that they said he died on Thursday in the course of an illness. But, the court will issue a formal statement on Monday,” a senior official of the court said.

Ashi had on 4 December, 2018, upon an ex-parte motion by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), ordered the agency, Nigerian Police Force (NPF), the Department of State Services (DSSS) and all other security agencies to arrest Alison-Madueke and produce her in court within 72 hours.

EFCC said added that its investigation showed that Diezani, as supervising minister of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, allegedly engaged in illicit and monumental fraudulent dealings in oil transactions, which she entered into on behalf of the Federal Government.

Fatoyinbo: ''Who apology epp''- Ese Walter replies lady who says the world owes her an apology

Fatoyinbo:

Earlier today, Busola Dakolo, wife of singer Timi Dakolo accused controversial COZA founder, Biodun Fatoyinbo, of raping her. Her story resonates with that of Ese Walter who in 2013, came out to accuse Pastor Biodun of manipulating her sexually and spiritually. Pastor Biodun at the time said he would release a roburst response to her claim. He never did.

After Busola Dakolo's explosive interview was released, many who did not believe Ese at the time, said they now owe her an apology. See Ese Walter's comment when someone mentioned an apology to her.

US Ambassador to Kenya criticized online after posting photo of two students shortly after they were denied visa

Kenyans are currently bashing the US Ambassador to their country, Kyle McCarter, on Twitter.

Carter shared this photo of himself posing with these two Kenyan pupils who came to the Embassy for visa applications but were denied. The students were shortlisted for a chess competition in the US. The US envoy shared the photo with some encouraging words for the students. He wrote

''In the visa line yesterday I met this fine young boy and girl. They are Kenya Chess Champions! Although a trip to the US was not possible this time I reminded them that They Are Champions & we are friends! This is the future of Kenya. #USAmarafiki''.

Kenyans are however calling him out online, accusing him of using the pupils for clout. According to them, the diplomat had the power to make their dreams come true but refused but rather he is using them for clout. He however replied some of the attacks at him. See their exchange below..

Church weddings and 'for better, for worse' are unbiblical rituals - Reno Omokri

Reno Omokri is not done with his 'marriage' sermon on social media today. Earlier he explained that God didn't empower any priest or pastor to join a couple in holy matrimony.

Now, he's said 'church weddings and for better for worse are unbiblical rituals'.

According to him, 'a lot of people are deceived by carefully crafted words. When a church uses the term 'marriage rites', they are talking about rituals that are no better than voodoo rituals.

CHURCH WEDDING is an unbiblical RITUAL. One of the worst thing in that EUROPEAN CULTURE passed off as BIBLICAL DOCTRINE is the use of the phrase 'for BETTER for WORSE, in SICKNESS and in HEALTH'.

Do you know that is a CURSE? You are accepting an evil prophesy. God's testimony about you and your marriage is that;

"GOODNESS and MERCY shall follow you ALL (not SOME) the days of your life"-Psalm 23:6. You CONFESS your FAITH, not your FEARS

In the well detailed list, the man listed all he bought for her and the money he gave to her during thier relationship. The total sum is N4.247,000,00 and he wants all of it back.

President Essebsi; who at 92 is the world's oldest sitting president -was also treated last week.

Prime Minister Youssef Chahed said Essebsi was receiving all the attention he needed and people should stop spreading "fake news" about his condition following reports that the president had died.

The biggest money mistake I ever made was money spent on my wedding- Ubi Franklin

Music executive, Ubi Franklin says the biggest money mistake he has ever made is the money he plunged into having a huge wedding celebration.

Ubi had a superlative wedding with his ex-wife, Lilian Esoro, in November 2015. Their marriage however crashed one year later.

Ubi was a guest on a TV show for BusinessDay recently. When asked what his biggest money mistake ever has been, Ubi said;

''I think the biggest money mistake for me was the money for my wedding. That was the biggest money mistake because a few guys that had experience at the time told me to just do something small and then go home. When I see people do big scale wedding, I laugh because it's a party, it is just for a day and when that day is done, it's done. Yes they say memories but you see, you can create memories without spending billions. So I think that is one of the biggest money mistake I have made'. If I had known, I would have done something smaller, classier than what I did because I did like almost three months of different events '

Ubi also revealed he has made over N10 billion in the last eight years.

''From 2012 till now, I have made over 10 billion but didn't keep it because I didn't have financial discipline to know that I could invest that money in something else that could generate money"he said

He also took to his Instastories last night to react to the attack he has received from Nigerians over his N10 billion claim.
