The Hills star Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter are no longer together, one year after they got married in Indonesia.
Sources close to Brody and Kaitlynn revealed that they decided to call it quits after six years together. TMZ reported that the separation was hinged on not being legally married as they never obtained their marriage licence in the US after their Indonesian wedding.
Kaitlynn reportedly demanded for a baby and a legal marriage, but it was learnt that Brody wasn't interested in any of that hence the split.
‘Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter have decided to amicably separate,’ the pair’s reps, Scott Newman and Lindsay Maguire, said in a statement.
‘They love and respect one another, and know that this is the best decision for their relationship moving forward.’
The couple's split came after they said ‘I do’ on the island of Nihi Sumba off of the coast of Indonesia in June 2018. Brody’s father Caitlyn Jenner was nowhere to be seen though her ex-wife and Brody’s mum Linda Thompson, attended alongside his brother Brandon.
