Future catches a break in Ciara's $15m defamation lawsuit against him

Ciara's $15 million lawsuit against Future is going to be more of an uphill battle for her ... after the judge just ruled the rapper's angry tweets alone aren't enough to prove Ciara's been damaged. The exes are locked in a nasty suit -- with Ciara claiming Future ruined her image as a mother and a singer. However, a judge ruled Wednesday the tweets ... including gems like, "this bitch got control problems" ... aren't libelous on their face.
It means, Ciara will have to offer up more evidence as to how her career has been damaged since Future's Twitter rant. Bottom line -- Future won a battle, but it's still anybody's war to win in court.

Following the premiere of the audio version of single In the Morning to rave reviews and applause, Grafton Records star, Mr 2kay has released the video for the hit song.
Shot in an undisclosed beach in Lagos, by music video director, Adams Gud, the video creatively depicts a romantic hideout for both the singer and the featured artiste; Doray. The very vibrant video casts only four acts( two couples) which aptly centralises the focus on the message of the song. The utopic feel that the beach side and clear blue sky effects also compliments the theme of the song which is predominately love and wanting to always be close to one’s lover.

The Afro Pop version of In The Morning single which was produced by UK based producers, Team Salut was originally premiered on BBC XTRA1 RADIO UK,CAPITAL XTRA UK and BEATFM LONDON. So far, the single can be categorised as one of the most successful works of the artiste following the mileage the single has recorded and the intercontinental appeal it has garnered over the weeks since its release.

DeGeneres pointed to the fact that the family has been unusually quiet on social media, and Khloe said the change was purposeful.

Although Khloe does not provide more detail about the aftermath of the break-in, she said her family members are all willing to “pull back a little bit” on their visibility in order to make sure their sister is okay.

Kevin Hart also chipped in:

"A good thing about the Kardashians, regardless of what happens, is that they put those pieces of the puzzle together, and they overcome their problems."

Kylie Jenner looked stunning on the cover of Complex magazine and on several pages of the magazine, where she opened up about using lip fillers and her relationship with Tyga.
She said she started using lip fillers because one boy she kissed told her that her lips were too thin.
She said:


'It has been an insecurity of mine all my life,' 'This guy I kissed was like, "Your lips are really small but you’re a really good kisser. I didn’t think you were gonna be good at kissing."
''It was so rude,' 'From then on, I just felt like I saw guys staring at my lips. I felt like no one wanted to kiss me.'

She admitted to lying about using lip fillers because she didn't want to be a bad influence to those looking up to her. She said:
"I didn't want to be a bad influence. I didn’t want people to think you had to get your lips done to feel good about yourself.''
She also admitted that she went too far with the injections. Saying:

'When you first get them done, you’re like, "Oh, it could be a little bit bigger on that side." I’d go back and be like, "They went down" and think they could be bigger. But I went too far. It was very painful.'

In regards to her relationship with boyfriend Tyga, she said:
"The first year we started hanging out, everyone around him told him not to be with me. I still get comments like, "Don’t be with him." But we’re not doing it for the public—we love each other. We need to be together at all times. We never get mad at each other, we just figure things out.'

Abdulmumin Jibrin, the former chairman of the House committee on Appropriation who accussed the speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara, 3 principal officers and 9 other lawmakers of budget padding, took at swipe at the House of Reps' move to probe the Department of State Service (DSS) over clampdown on some judges.

"When you see House of Reps Members stealing billions from fraudulent running cost and suppressing allegations of fraud yet shamelessly setting up committee to "Probe" DSS! Who are they fooling???😳😂," Jibrin wrote

Following the huge success of the media screening of her new movie ‘’The Grudge’’ ,talented actress, Funmi Holder held another memorable VIP screening for selected audience at Sojourner Hotel in GRA, Ikeja penultimate weekend.

Guests include members of cast such as like Richard Mofe Damijo, Ireti Doyle, Ijeoma Anieboh, Hon. Otunba George Oladele, a member of House of Representatives, Hon. Gbolahan Lawal, Commisioner for Works, Lagos State, close family and friends.

Other guests at the screening which started with a red carpet include; Funlola Aofiyebi, Caroline King, Taiwo Obileye, Elvis Chuks, executive member of WIMBIZ, Samuel Olatunji, CEO of BBB Media, Yemi Morafa, and others.

The screening proper took off around 6:30pm with introduction of guests by the master of ceremony who cracked our ribs before calling the woman of the moment- Funmi for her speech.

The night took another glamorous turn when Funmi Holder’s ‘’long time dream ‘’came true as she launched her foundation; Funmi Holder’s Foundation, a non-for-profited foundation which is aimed at giving hands to women who are victims of rape and widows. The unveiling was officially done by a member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Otunba George Oladele alongside Richard Mofe Damijo.

The comic, educating and entertaining movie stars popular actors such as Odunlade Adekola , Ijeoma Aniebo and Ireti Doyle, Funmi Holder, Jaiye Kuti and others.

The Grudge focuses on the lives of two lovelorn couples connected by one lonely widow living separate lives, their lives intertwine and led to the unravelling of a five year grudge. Executed with brilliant comic slant and powerful delivery, The Grudge highlights serious issues in dramatic and entertaining forms to hold the audience spellbound for the one hour, 30 minutes of the screening.

Odunlade Adekola who is fast becoming a darling of movie lovers across genres gave a powerful dramatic-delivery laden with heavy comedy in a way that made people forget this is his first full feature English movie.

Samuel Olatunji, the CEO of BBB Media who gave the vote of thanks inform that audience that the movie will premiere on Sunday, October 23 and be available in cinemas across Nigeria from Friday, October 28.
