Yesterday, President Buhari returned to the country after 103 days in London on medical vactaion and he was welcomed by thousands of jubilant supporters, governors, ministers and top government officials who all flocked the Abuja international airport to welcome him.



Today, Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) visited Ekuluobia in Anambra State and he was also recieved by thousands of his supporters.

Toke Makinwa wins Style Influencer of the year award at the Glitz Style Awards 2017

Toke Makinwa won the Style Influencer of the year award at the just concluded Glitz Style Awards which took place in Accra, Ghana, yesterday.

The OAP and author took to her IG page and wrote:

24 year old man arrested for killing three young girls who were found with 'trauma to their bodies'

Prince George's County Police Department just confirmed that they arrested 24-year-old Clinton resident Antonio Williams Friday night, in connection with the killings of three young girls.



The three young girls who were found in a Maryland suburb of Washington, D.C with "trauma to their bodies" by an adult family member in the Clinton home. All three girls were under the age of 10.



Deputy Police Chief, Sammy Patel Friday, described the killings "one of the most difficult scenes" that the department's officers have encountered, and said the department will provide counseling services to responding officers. So far, investigators on the case have not yet disclosed how, or even if, the three girls were related.

Mom arrested for burning 3 year old with chemicals, putting a leash on and locking him in a dog cage

Arwen Kuhn, accused of burning her 3-year-old son with chemicals, putting him on a leash and keeping him in a dog cage, has been arrested.



Police in St. Marys charged her with a list of charges including aggravated assault and false imprisonment of a minor.



A judge has set a preliminary hearing for August 29, 2017 and according to a police affidavit the child's dad says he dropped the boy off at Kuhn's house for three days last year. He says when he picked up the child, he noticed a scab on his bellybutton and bruises on his head.



He took the child to a hospital, where it was determined that the boy had chemical burns. His eyes were also red and said they hurt in the night. Investigators say they believe the 38-year-old Kuhn dropped the boy on his stomach and sprayed hydrogen peroxide in his eyes, in addition to leashing him and locking him in a cage.



The boy also had seizures while at Kuhn's house, and she did not seek help or treatment for him, according to court records. Police allege she had taken videos of some of the abuse
