A source told Dailymail.com that Kanye was 'under the weather with common cold or flu.'

The insider added that he was taken to the hospital 'to see a doctor for antibiotics' and 'was in, out.'

Senator Buruji Kashamu describes his expulsion from PDP as 'lawless' and 'and undemocratic'

Senator Buruji Kashamu has described his expulsion from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as lawless and undemocratic.

Kashamu and some members of the party were on Monday expelled during PDP’s National Executive Committee(NEC) meeting, but he said the action of the party would not stand. Reacting in a statement on Monday, he said his attention was drawn to his purported expulsion alongside other chieftains of the Ogun State Chapter of the PDP.

“It is clear from the ill-advised decision that the Prince Uche Secondus-led National Working Committee is lawless and undemocratic. No due process was followed as enshrined in the Constitution of the party. Since the initial 30-day suspension elapsed on Jan. 9, 2018, they do not have any right to take any disciplinary action against me.

This decision cannot stand because Article 57 (6) of the PDP Constitution which says ‘Any decision taken against a member who has not been informed of the charges against him or has not been given any opportunity of defending himself shall be null and void,’” he said.

The lawmaker added that, “besides, there are no less than to two suits challenging my initial suspension.

“The first is Suit No. FHC/L/ABJ/CS/1254/2017 between Senator Buruji Kashamu vs. PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, the National Secretary and INEC before the Honourable Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court, Abuja. PDP should not forget that it also instituted a case against me and other leaders of the party in the South West at the High Court of the Federal Territory in Suit No. FCT/HC/CV/0303/2017 as per the Honourable Justice Valentine Ashi.

The court made an order nullifying and setting aside my purported suspension on the 9th of January, 2018.The court also ordered parties, including PDP to maintain status quo. “There are also counter-claims in the said suit at the FCT High Court praying the court for ‘an order restraining the plaintiffs (PDP) their agents, servants and privies from taking any disciplinary action against the 1st – 4th defendants (with me and the authentic Ogun State PDP Chairman, Engr. Adebayo Dayo as the 1st and 4th defendants).

The directive was on account of any actions and/or conduct or steps taken by them individually and jointly to make the plaintiff abide by its constitution and observe democratic principles in all its dealings with the 1st – 4th defendants.”

The lawmaker said the purported expulsion did not have anything to do with him or any of his associates. He said, “It is instructive that the Federal High Court as per the Honourable Justice I.N. Buba on the 24th June, 2016, granted an order. An order which banned the PDP from impeding the functions of the Engr. Adebayo Dayo-led Ogun State PDP Exco until the four years tenure which they have been elected is spent. That ,the State Exco is to remain in office until 2020. I and my associates are fully in the PDP whether anybody likes it or not. We will continue to operate as PDP members, senator and exco.”

The PDP had earlier on Monday, announced the expulsion of Sen. Buruji Kashamu from the party. Others expelled from the party are Samiu Sodipo, Bayo Adebayo and Segun Seriki.

Insecurity: ''Buhari should resign and get out of office'' Bishop Oyedepo (video)

The founder, Living Faith Church International, Bishop David Oyedepo, has asked President Buhari to resign and get out of office over the wanton killings and insecurity across the country.

Oyedepo, who was preaching at the Canaan Land, in Ogun State on Sunday July 22nd, decried the massive killings in the country, especially in the north.

He advised the president to resign or get out of office as he had no solution on how to stop the killings,

“Enough is enough. When I was talking in 2015, people were saying my own was too much, now everybody can see what’s happening. What has moved forward in anybody’s life? You don’t know it’s war. Why are they attacking the Christian communities? Why has nobody been arrested? I can tell you this, the authorities and the powers that be are behind them.

“I will never be partisan; Jesus got me out of it in 1984. But I will not be alive to see innocent people massacred. We must wake up and push this evil back. Not one of those so-called herdsmen – they are jihadists – has been brought to book till date. Herdsmen don’t shoot; they have been here all along. They are just taking cover under the herdsmen to assault innocent citizens. They wake up in the night and slice innocent children to pieces. Yet, you have a government in place. What!

“The most honourable thing for any non-performing leader to do is to resign. The most honourable thing is to resign. That’s my own for Mr President. Resign! Get out of office! Even our Islamic friends in the North are calling on him (Buhari) to resign. Because that’s the noblest thing to do. Or are we going to look at one system destroy a whole nation?

“I’m going to say this and I’m not going to be tired. This (Nigeria) will never be a Fulani republic. That is not our terms of agreement. It will remain a secular nation till Jesus returns. It’s not just (about) land, it’s (about) heritage.

“Forever, I stand on the fact that no government has the authority to collect land from those who own it and transfer it to another person because on the other side (presumably the north), it never happens.”he said

Husband of Trump’s accuser Stormy Daniels seeks divorce, accuses her of adultery

The husband of Stormy Daniels, the porn star at the centre of a public row with US President Donald Trump over their alleged sexual encounter a decade ago, has filed for divorce in Texas.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, has repeatedly said that she had sex with Donald Trump in 2006 before he became president, but Trump denied her claims.

Glendon Crain, a heavy metal drummer and also a porn star who married Daniels in 2015, filed the petition for divorce on July 18 in state district court in Kaufman County, located just southeast of Dallas.

In his 13-page divorce petition filed July 18, Crain alleged adultery as grounds for the divorce and seeks sole custody of the couple's 7-year-old daughter and child support from Clifford, as well as a financial award and disproportionate share of the couple's community property, according to WJLA.

According to Crain's petition, the couple married on November 25, 2015. On July 11, 2018, they stopped living together as spouses, according to the document.

"Marriage has become unbearable because of the discord or conflict of personalities," reads the petition filed on July 18.

"The Respondent has committed adultery," added Crain of Daniels, without going into detail.

Ms. Clifford's lawyer Michael Avenatti said in a tweet that: ' My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage. A petition for divorce was filed last week, the accuracy of which is vehemently disputed. Stormy’s daughter remains her number one priority. She kindly asks for privacy for the sake of her family.'

The owner, who had gone to the farm to harvest her crops, came back and found the man zipping up his pair of trousers. The woman descended on him with blows, stones, and sticks, leaving him with critical injuries.

"Don't kill me...let me surrender my piece of land to pay for the cow," Mwaura said. "I always have sex with the cow whenever I feel like because I fear girls might infect me with HIV."

''No man of honour will return to his vomit, PDP,'' Adams Oshiomhole speaks on alleged plans by some APC members to defect to PDP

National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, yesterday said that there is no man of honor who defected from PDP to APC will want to go back their again having seen evidence that the party looted the country dry during its 16-years in office.

Oshiomole's comment comes amidst rumors of Saraki, Dino Melaye, Aminu Tambuwal and many other APC chieftains, planning to defect to the opposition party.

The party National Chairman said this when he spokes with state house correpsondents after having a meeting in the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Oshiomole also said he is in no way losing sleep over threats made by members of the Reformed-APC to leave the party.

“No, I am not losing sleep. I am sleeping very well. I still maintain that I don’t see any man of honour who with his eyes open left the PDP on the account of their gross mismanagement, abuse of the treasury and all of the crimes that the PDP committed; I don’t see them, whatever their irritations, that can be justifications, to return to that house. All we need to do is to play back their own tape about what the PDP represents and why they left. I still hold the view that you cannot vomit in the morning and convert it to lunch in the afternoon, if you have honour. That position still remains the same.

“Throughout the weekend and up till today (Monday), many of the national dailies reported different stories with the impression that I have not been sleeping within the last one week as a result of alleged midnight meetings with aggrieved party members, who they say I have been begging not to leave the party.

“In some of the reports, the insinuations even went as far as saying that I made juicy offers to the aggrieved party members in stopping them from defecting. While I will not be too direct in reacting to such reports here, I will only say though I have been meeting aggrieved party members over whatever injustices they felt the party or some chieftains of the party had done to them. I have not been having sleepless nights as being reported, and also I am not in any way jittery.

“Rapprochement move, as far as I am concerned, is not an act of cowardice but a desirous endeavour in making peace since you can’t decree peace but only work for it. So, in a nutshell, I am not ashamed of doing that as chairman of a great party. To those who the rapprochement moves are being directed to, we want them to appreciate that we are more or less trying to prevent them from making a blunder of dumping palm wine for kain kain (local gin).” he said
