Kim Kardashian has admitted she's anxious over the size of her unborn son
and how much weight she's gaining during this pregnancy.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star - who is expecting her second
child, a son, with husband Kanye West next month - has revealed her baby
currently weighs 7 pounds, nearly double that her two-year-old daughter
did in her third trimester.
She wrote on her official website: "He's [the weight of] a REALLY heavy
pineapple, LOL! [I have] Anxiety, knowing my baby is so big and I’m gaining
a lot of weight. My doctor wants me to manage it better, but it’s hard to!
"I have gained more than I did the first pregnancy. I’m up 52 pounds so far,
with six weeks to go. North was just four pounds, so this is new to me.
This baby is already seven pounds."
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old television personality and the 'Bound 2' rapper
are said to still be unsure on what name to call their little tot.
A source said: "Kim wasn't crazy about [an unusual moniker]. Kim won't
solidify the name until the month she gives birth."
It is thought Kim is "likely to have a C section" and is planning on reserving
a luxurious three-room suite at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles.
It comes after Kim told fans she had her "work cut out" while revealing on
Twitter how much weight she had gained.

With Kendall Jenner stealing all the limelight at the Victoria's Secret show, it looks like little sister Kylie Jenner was desperate to get herself noticed again.
And what better way to get attention than flaunt some bare skin?
The Keeping Up With The kardashians star stepped out in a mesh black top on Wednesday and decided to also ditch her bra for the occasion.
Despite flashing her bare boobs and coming close to suffering a wardrobe malfunction, the 18-year-old carried on as normal as she was seen enjoying an afternoon out shopping with boyfriend Tyga in Soho, New York.
Kylie, who recently got a new tattoo, teamed the otherwise revealing look with a pair of casual black jeans, a black bomber and a pair of box fresh white trainers.
Meanwhile, sister Kendall was still reliving the success of the previous night.

The 20-year-old, who had parents Kris and Caitlyn both supporting her from the audience, stole the show as graced the runway at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show extravaganza for the very first time.
Writing to her millions of fans on Wednesday morning, the emotional star gushed alongside pictures of her big night: "Sorry I'm just all emotional and excited about what happened yesterday. Last one for now."
