Introducing emerging Nigerian rapper, vocalist and producer OB Flamez – real name Amaobi Neache – with his brand new single titled ‘Race’, and accompanying music video, for your viewing pleasure. Taken from his forthcoming EP which is to be released later this year, ‘Race’ comes on the back of OB Flamez introductory single ‘HalfLove’ which was released in 2015 to rave reviews.

Co-produced by OB Flamez and Francoblvck, and written by OB Flamez, ‘Race’ is a really conscious effort from the multi-talented London-based artist, which according to OB, was “inspired by my journey through life, everyone has a purpose in life and sometimes we meet roadblocks on our journey, but regardless of these, we’ve gotta keep pushing hard and pray to God to guide us through”.

Directed by Fli5 Star Vision, the video for ‘Race’, which was shot on location in Leicester Square, is an excellently crafted black and white POV visual affair, which sees OB Flamez soaking in the atmosphere at the renowned Leicester Square, as he reminisces about all he’s been through on his race to making music. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, KC Pozzy has a very different story, compared to many of his peers in the African music landscape. Abandoned at the tender age of 10, KC Pozzy was forced to fend for himself on the streets of Lagos, where he learned how to do life the hardest way, with perseverance and passion for music enabling him to sing his way out of the projects.

His tenacity and passion for music eventually landed him in the United Kingdom, where he continues to hone his craft and further establish his artistry. Europe provided him with a diverse cultural landscape, which fuelled his creativity and love for diversity in music, and with the help of producers Rymez and Ayo Beatz, KC Pozzy released his debut single ‘Mi Girlo’ last year to rave reviews.

KC Pozzy announces his intentions for 2016 with the release of his brand new single ‘Who Gave You That’ produced by Ayo Beatz, accompanied by a music video, and a 7-track EP of the same name, released via KC Pozzy’s own record label, Motive Entertainment. Shot on location in Leeds and London, the ‘Who Gave You That’ video shows KC Pozzy in his performance element in a carefree atmosphere.

Grieving Celine Dion was seen crying as she and others paid their final respect to her late husband, RenéAngélil at open casket visitation at Notre-Dame Basilica in Montreal yesterday Thursday Jan. 21st. Angélil died of throat cancer at the age of 73 on Jan. 14. Celine Dion announced that a national funeral for Angélil will be held today at the basilica and will be televised. More pics

Buhari won’t spare ex-president Jonathan if he's proven corrupt – Presidency

According to the Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, anyone including former President Goodluck Jonathan that is found guilty of corruption will be made to face the law. He said this in an interview with Premium Times yesterday January 21st

“There is no accord. If the corruption fight needs to get there (making Mr. Jonathan face justice), it will get there. With this president, nobody will be protected. And I underscore it, if it needs to get anywhere, it will get there.” he said


Adesina added that there was no agreement prior to the March 2015 presidential election that Jonathan would not be made to face trial if corruption allegations were proven against him
