The in-studio visual finds the rapper delivering a captivating performance of the attractive song with the hook “Iyalaya anybody” Big Sheff spends much of the video on his own and some of it surrounded by friends. Mostly, he’s giving fans a momentary into his own mentality. “Se ti kun le riri,” he sings. “It’s in my music.”

Fast emerging act, DESHINOR kicks off the New Year with the video for his buzzing track “New Wave”.
“New Wave” is officially the first single to be released by the young artiste under the Matt Westside Records imprint.
The video was shot and directed by Unlimited LA in the city of Lagos.

ARTISTE BIO:

Born on October 7th 1996, Prince Adeshina Joshua Aromolaran popularly known as Deshinor is young gifted vocalist and songwriter. His sound can best be described as a distinct fusion of Afro-Pop, Highlife and Afro-Soul.

In 2016, he got signed to independent music label, Matt Westside Records owned by Matthew ‘Fabulous’ Ebhodaghe. His first single “New Wave” was released on November 10th 2016 and was produced by Kris Beatz.

Deshinor is a fresh graduate from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, where he studied Mass Communication.

Lindsay Lohan allegedly converts to Islam, deletes Instagram posts, greets 'Alaikum Salam'

Lindsay Lohan has sparked speculation that she has converted to Islam after she deleted all of her Instagram posts and simply wrote: “Alaikum salam” (peace be upon you) in her bio.
Reps for the actress have told the Muslim council that she is “in a period of renewal”, with the star first reading the Qu’ran in 2015. Lindsay embraced the Muslim culture whilst helping refugees.

As well as removing all of her Instagram posts, Lindsay has also deleted all but one of her tweets, with the remaining message reading: “Please let us all come together and love eachother.”

"Not everyone will agree with your choices" Ghanaian actress, Kafui Danku replies trolls as she dedicates daughter with husband

Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Kafui Danku and her Canadian husband dedicated their adorable daughter, Lorde, at the St. Peter's Catholic Church, in Accra on Saturday. Ever since she posted photos from the Baptism and Thanksgiving ceremony, trolls have been leaving negative comments on her social media pages about her husband. She then responded. She wrote:


"Stop sending screenshots of the negative comments," she wrote moments ago. "Pls it's enough... I've seen and heard more positive vibes so enough of the negative ones already. Not everyone will agree with ur choices but it's their opinion and they can keep it to themselves If they can't be inspired.... (It's no news though) Negative screenshots don't work for me. Thank you."

"Irresponsible and malicious" The Gambia govt reacts to African Union resolution

The government of The Gambia has reacted to the African Union Peace and Security Council Resolution on the Islamic Republic of The Gambia on the current political situation of the country. Following the meeting in Addis Ababa on January 13th, African Union's Peace and Security Council announced it will no longer recognize Yahya Jammeh as president of Gambia after January 19, the intended date for the inauguration of president-elect, Adama Barrow.
The council also warned of "serious consequences in the event that his action causes any crisis that could lead to political disorder, humanitarian and human rights disaster, including loss of innocent lives and destruction of properties."
In a statement release on Sunday evening, the Gambian government described the African Union’s resolution as irresponsible and malicious meant to annoy and aggravate the political situation in The Gambia.

“We condemned it in the strongest possible terms," the statement read.Below is the full text:

"The Government of the Islamic Republic of The Gambia has noted with concern the resolution by the AU Peace and Security Council stating inter Alia that the Government of The Islamic Republic of The Gambia will no longer be recognised after the 19th January 2017. This resolution is irresponsible and malicious and only meant to annoy and aggravate the political situation in The Gambia and we condemn it in the strongest possible terms.
The AU Peace and Security Council does not have the mandate to bar member states and governments from The African Union. Any such resolution has to be approved by the authority of the heads of State of the African Union.
This resolution has not been approved and the resolution is therefore non-binding and of no effect
