Nigerian Man Lists 15 Reasons Why Libyan Ex-President Ghadaffi Was The Best President In Africa Claims Americans Killed Him Out Of Jealousy

Just found this article on facebook by one Nigerian facebook user named Cyril Asede what are your thoughts?

AFRICANS AND THEIR MYOPIC MINDS
Muamar Gaddafi’s Prophecies:
“I will not go into exile to any foreign country. I was born here in Libya, and I will die here. This country was a dessert, and I turned it into a forest, where everything can grow. No one Love this land more more than its citizens. If Europe and America tells you that they love you, be careful. They love the wealth of your land. The oil and not the people. They are helping you to fight against me but, it will be more wise for you to fight against them because they are fighting against your future and progress. My message to you the people of Libya is, they are helping you to kill me but you will pay the price because you will suffer. And my message to you America and Europe is, you will kill me, but be ready to fight a never ending TERRORISM. Before you realise your ignorance, terrorists will be hitting you at your doorstep.”

GADDAFI only erred in my opinion when he once told the Nigerian and British governments to divide Nigeria into two, so that the Hausa/Fulani (Moslems), Yoruba (Christians) and Biafrans/Igbo, can live as neighbouring countries.

It’s good we look at these 16 REAL REASONS WHY COL. GADDAFI WAS KILLED:
1. There is no electricity bill in Libya, electricity is free for all its citizens…. 2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens are at a 0% interest by law….. 3. Home is considered a human right in Libya. Gaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a home…. 4. All newlyweds in Libya receive $60,000 Dinars (US$50,000) from the government to buy their first apartment….

5. Education and medical treatments are free in Libya. Before Gaddafi, only 25% of Libyans were literates. Today, the figure stands at 83%…. 6. Libyans taking up farming as a career, they received farm land, a farming house, equipment, seeds and livestock to kick- start their farms – all for free…. 7. If Libyans cannot find the education or medical facilities they needed in Libya, the government funded them to go abroad for it…. 8. In Gaddafi’s Libya, if a Libyan buys a car, the government subsidized 50% of the price. 9… The price of petrol in Libya is $0. 14 per liter….

10. Libya has no external debt and its reserves amount to $150 billion – now frozen globally…. 11. If a Libyan is unable to get employment after graduation, the state would pay the average salary of the profession as if he or she is employed until employment is found….. 12. A portion of Libyan oil sale is credited directly to the bank accounts of all Libyan citizens…. 13. A mother who gave birth to a child under Gaddafi, received US $5,000 as child benefit upfront…. 14. 40 loaves of bread in Libya costs $ 0.15 Cents…. 15. 25% of Libyans have a university degree…. 16. Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project, known as the Great Man-Made River Project, to make water readily available throughout the desert country.

If this is called “Dictatorship”, I wonder what type of Leadership Democrats have!!
Please Share this in memory Muamar Gaddafi, Africa’s greatest and most accomplished leader and my favourite leader#Comment hero if you believe Gadafi is a hero

Nigerian Weightlifter Breaks World Record

Nigeria’s Alice Oluwafemiayo on Sunday broke the women’s +86kg world record at the World Para Powerlifting Championships in Mexico.

Oluwafemiayo won after lifting 140kg in her first three attempts. In her fourth attempt, she broke the earlier world record in the category – set by her compatriot Loveline Obiji in 2014 – by lifting 145kg.
Nigeria have thus won their first medal at the competition. The team have 11 powerlifters in Mexico.

Obiji did not compete in the event. China’s Feifei Zheng (130kg) claimed silver at her first major international competition, while Egypt´s 2010 world champion Geehan Hassan (125kg) completed the podium finish.

“I feel very happy, it was not something I was expecting,” Oluwafemiayo was quoted as saying by paralympic.org.

Other Nigerians will be in action today in other categories.

National coach, Feyisetan Are, said the lifters would win more medals at the competition.

“I believe that Nigeria are the best in powerlifting in the world. The first event of the competition and we have a world record already broken. Nigerians should expect more from the lifters in Mexico because they are capable of doing so,” he told our correspondent.”

‘SARS Operatives Threatened To Plant Guns In Our Car And Ensure We End Up In Jail’ – Jon Ogah Joins #EndSARS Campaign

‘SARS operatives threatened to plant guns in our car & ensure we end up in jail’ – Jon Ogah joins #EndSARS campaign

According to him, ‘Imagine how many people are in jail for crimes they never did?’

His tweets below;

#EndSARS I remember when SARS operatives forcefully took my friend and I to the station. They threatened to plant guns in the car and make sure we go to jail. I was shocked when the officer said it with confidence. Imagine how many people are in jail for crimes they never did?

#EndSARS there needs to be a probe into SARS operations by the senate. Investigation into criminal exchanges in prisons, assault, harrassment, & murder of citizens. If the IG of police is inactive & just enjoying money he should be replaced with someone competent & progressive.

Nnamdi Kanu Is Back! Finally Breaks Silence From Hiding Place

The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has said that despite being granted bail by the Federal High Court in Abuja where he is being prosecuted alongside others on charges of treasonable felony, he is still entitled to the $800m compensation for his alleged unlawful arrest and detention in 2015, Punch Newspaper reports.

This is contained in his response to the motion filed by the Federal Government asking the Community Court of the Economic Community of West African States sitting in Abuja to dismiss a fundamental human rights enforcement suit filed by the IPOB leader, according to Punch.
Kanu had filed the suit on March 3, 2016 demanding $800m as compensation from the Federal Government for his alleged unlawful arrest in 2015 and detention.

But the Federal Government, through its lawyer, Mrs. Maimuna Shiru, filed its motion on November 13, stating that Kanu having been granted bail by the Federal High Court in Abuja on April 25, 2017, and allegedly jumped bail, the judgment of the ECOWAS Court on the suit would serve no purpose.

Punch quoted Kanu, through his lawyer, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, as objecting to the Federal Government’s motion contending that granting bail to the IPOB leader was just a partial satisfaction of prayers sought in the suit.

He maintained that the ECOWAS Court had the power to grant his client the $800m compensation sought since the IPOB leader’s rights had been violated.

Ejiofor stated in his written address, “We submit therefore that the court has powers to order for payment of compensatory damages when found that the plaintiff’s right has been violated.”
