Kylie Jenner returns to the red carpet in peekaboo dress with boyfriend Travis Scott at Met Gala

Kylie Jenner walked the Met Gala red carpet three months after having her baby Kylie Jenner.

The 20-year-old who stayed away from the limelight all through her pregnancy, made her return on Monday night, accompanied by her baby daddy Travis Scott.

However, fans were not so impressed with her choice of outfit. The theme of the gala was Heavenly Bodies And The Catholic Imagination, but Kylie and Travis' attire was not exactly in line with the theme.







The new mum wore a simple peekaboo black Alexander Wang gown with a train, and paired it with sheer black stockings and nearly invisible PVC heels. Travis sported a matching black look with chain detailing.

This is Kylie's first big event since welcoming daughter, Stormi Webster.

Celebrities were out in full force for the annual Met Gala which took place at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday night.

Some of the stars didn't let their fans down as they brought their fashion styles and took over the red carpet with jaw-dropping ensembles

Reality star, Kim Kardashian was one of the best-dressed celebs at the Met Gala. She flaunted her curvaceous body in a skin-tight Versace sheath, while Jennifer Lopez stunned in a bedazzled jeweled Balmain gown.

Pop star, Rihanna made sure her outfit to the event was on fleek as she rocked a jaw-dropping Pope inspired mini dress and jacket with a matching hat by Maison Margiela.

Other celebs who made it to the best dressed list with their glittering outfits are Amal Clooney, Bella Hadid, Kylie Jenner, Zoe Kravitz, Madonna, Rita Ora and Lily Collins.

The list also includes Alicia Vikander, Michelle Williams, Jennifer Connelly, Kendall Jenner Winnie Harlow, Mindy Kaling, Selena Gomez, Eiza Gonzalez, Tessa Thompson, Janelle Monae, Laura Dern, Carid B, Gigi Hadid, Ariana Grande, Olivia Munn, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jasmine Sanders and Katy Perry.

'Those against your re-election behind daily killings'' Emir of Katsina tells President Buhari

The Emir of Katsina, Dr. Abdulmumini Kabiru Usman says those against President Buhari’s second term bid were behind the killings witnessed in many parts of the country.

The Emir stated this when he received President Buhari who paid a condolence visit to his palace over the death of the Chief Imam of Katsina Central Mosque, Alhaji Muhammadu Lawal, 95, who died on Sunday.


“Those who don’t want you re-elected and who don’t want your government to succeed are behind the current killings ravaging the country. More than 80 per cent of these crises are being sponsored by individuals. It is designed to discredit and bring down your government but they will not succeed. We will continue to pray for you and, therefore, urge Nigerians to join us in praying.” the monarch said

Rihanna strutted among the statues of the Greek and Roman galleries at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in her show-stopping Met Gala outfit.

The songstress chose a Pope inspired look for her Met Gala appearance. The stunning beaded ensemble is Maison Margiela by John Galliano.







The 30-year-old posed in front of a statue dressed in a similar ensemble as the one she had on. She also posed for photos among other numerous statues at the gallery. An enchanting clip from her visit to the gallery has been shared online. In it, the makeup entrepreneur is seen giving off religious vibes as she strutted among the statues like a queen.
