The MTV 2016 is about to begin in the US and stars are still walking the red carpet. TheMTV Video Music Awards is taking place at the Madison Square Garden in New York City in about 38 minutes. Drake presented Rihanna the Michael Jackson Vanguard award 2016 and before he handed the award to her, he said:
