Okwi Godwin Iguwe also known as kwitee hails from (village) Abia state, eastern Nigeria. Though he was born and brought up in Warri, Delta state. Owing to the ambitious nature of his parents, he lived his early life with his late maternal grand mother who gave him every push and support he needed. She always insisted he goes to church with her for all church services and programs where he got attracted to the music department, this jump started his musical career at the age of 9 as a percussionist.

He eventually became a front line drummer at the age 11, having being introduced to various rhythm and time signatures he choosed the trumpet as his major instrument, where he has made a name for himself.

He has worked with great musicians such as; Dr. Ron kenoly, Lionel Peterson, Tiwa Savage, Wande Cole, Patoranking, Brymo etc.

The song “FABU STORY” talks about stories we all grew up to meet as children e.g like our nursery rhymes etc. The word “FABU” means fable (stories that are not true) e.g eze goes to school

Man U defender Marcos Rojo in tears after learning that his cousin was shot by ex-policeman in Argentina

Man U and Argentina defender, Marcos Rojo was pictured trying to hold back tears at the Manchester airport after hearing that his cousin was shot dead by an ex-policeman whom he tried to rob. According to reports in Argentina, Geronimo Rojo, 17, died in hospital early Tuesday morning after he was shot by a man, who was later revealed as an ex-policeman - he allegedly tried to rob at gunpoint.


Rojo also had an accomplice - 26-year-old Ivan Rodrigo Barbosa, who also died from the gunshots. According to reports in Argentina, the young men who were on top a motorbike outside a bank ATM, attacked Raul Anibal Diaz, 50, around 10pm on Sunday night in Rojo's native city of La Plata, an hour’s drive south-east of Buenos Aires.

The retired police officer, upon seeing a threat to his life then identified himself before firing off several shots towards the two men. Barbosa died at the scene minutes after being shot while Rojo was rushed to San Martin Hospital with a bullet wound to his shoulder but died seven hours later after losing so much blood.

It is unknown if Rojo will play Man U's Europa league clash today or will be given compassionate leave.

Ambode accuses Fashola’s Ministry of frustrating his efforts to rehabilitate Oshodi-Airport Road

Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, says the Ministry of Works, Road and Housing run by former governor of the state, Babatunde Fashola, is frustrating his administration's effort to rehabilitate the Oshodi-Airport road which has been in a deplorable state for a while.

Ambode made the allegations after inspecting some strategic projects in different parts of the state yesterday.



"In the spirit of the regeneration and urbanisation that this administration has set out to achieve, we believe strongly that the image that is exhumed by the decadence of that road must be repaired. We took it upon ourselves to redevelop the road. We also took it upon ourselves to appropriate the 2017 budget that the House of Assembly should approve the total reconstruction of the Airport Road from Oshodi to the International Airport. We already have the cash, but alas we are having challenges with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing. This is a federal and not a state road. The Federal Ministry of Works believes that they should do the road, but they have not been able to do it all these years"he said Ambode also lamented the refusal of the Ministry of Works, Road and Housing to return the presidential lodge in Marina to the state government as previously directed by President Buhari.
