Police officers have arrested a man in Uganda, Ivan Bebeto, after complaints about a certain woman who steals money from men under the pretence of being a commercial sex worker was made.
According to local media reports, Bebeto, who calls himself Queen, was nabbed after it was revealed that he disguises himself to look like a woman and then steals money from his male victims.
Gewas was described by his victims as a 'beautiful woman who wore short skirts and heavy makeup.' His notorious activities were reportedly carried out in East and Central Africa.
Bebeto met his waterloo when a man who was interested in him, under the assumption that he was a woman, paid him for sexual favours. Bebeto said he could not go to his house, claiming he felt more comfortable in his room, and thus asked the supposed customer to accompany him to a room where he kept his items.
It was that moment that the man suspected Babeto might be a criminal pretending to be a woman and quickly informed the police. The police raided the apartment and during interrogation, the truth was revealed

Woman flogged 7 times for standing too close to man in Aceh, Indonesia
A total of five people, including two women and three men, were on Monday, caned outside a mosque in the conservative province of Aceh in Indonesia, which adheres to Sharia law.A 34-year-old woman (pictured) was flogged with a rattan cane at least seven times for being in close proximity to a man who is not her husband.
The 32-year-old male who was with her was also flogged seven times.
"It hurts so bad," the woman said, as cited by AFP, raising her arms into the air.
Two university students, both 19, received 100 lashes, after confessing to having sex outside marriage. A man found guilty of sex outside marriage was also flogged at least 22 times by the person delivering the punishment, who was dressed in long robes and a hood. His partner, who is two-months pregnant, is still waiting for her fate to be decided.

Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Godwin Obla granted N20m each
Justice Akeem Oshodi of the Lagos state High Court today granted Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia of the Federal High Court and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Godwin Obla, bail based on self recognition in the sum of Twenty Million Naira each which is to be deposited with the registrar of the court. Ajumogobia and Obla were Monday arraigned on a 30-count charge of offering gratification to a public servant, unlawful enrichment, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and giving false information to an officer of the Commission.Justice Oshodi granted their bail applications and ordered them to deposit their International Passports with the court. Both Ajumogobia and Obla were given a 7 day ultimatum to perfect the bail conditions, otherwise their bail will be revoked.
During their trial, the first prosecuting witness, Ademola Oshodi, who is a branch manager of Diamond Bank, told the court that he is Justice Ajumogobia's account manager and carried out various transactions for her.
He said he used to receive monies in Naira and U.S Dollars and that he often made deposits into her Diamond bank account. Ademola further revealed that there were transactions between him and the defendant wherein he would receive monies for her and send to her account.
"Whenever there was a cash inflow of more than Five Hundred Thousand, I will keep a certain amount in my account, and forward the remaining to her account" he said.
Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia, allegedly received gratifications from a public servant and also unlawfully enriched herself by receiving huge sums of money into her Diamond Bank account without reasonable explanation. The Federal High Court Judge also gave false information to an officer of the EFCC that she was admitted at Gold Cross Hospital, Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos which turned out to be untrue. Obla, SAN, was also alleged to have given the sum of Five Million Naira (N5, 000, 000. 00) to Justice Ofili-Ajumogobia in order to influence her official duties.
The matter was adjourned to January 9, 2017 for continuation of trial.

The Northern States Governors' Forum and the General Electric International, on Monday, November 29th, signed a memoranda of understanding for the construction of five solar plants that aim at generating 500 megawatts of electricity in some parts of Northern Nigeria.Borno State Governor and Chairman of the Northern States Governors ' Forum, Kashim Shettima signed the agreement on behalf of the Governors while General Electric's Senior Executive, Western Europe and Africa, Mr Armand Pineda and the President/Chief Executive Officer, General Electric, Nigeria, Dr Lazarus Angbazo signed on behalf of their company in a brief ceremony which held at Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
Based on the MOU, the General Electric which has 120 years experience in power generation, is to build five solar power plants to be located in Borno, Kebbi, Nassarawa, Niger and Taraba States which each of the plants expected to generate 100 megawatts of electricity totaling 500 megawatts across the 5 States. The electricity is meant to stimulate economic activities and social services in the affected States through boosting agricultural food processing, small scale businesses in addition to supplying electricity to schools and hospitals.
The project which is a pilot phase, is being coordinated by the Northern Nigeria Global Economic Re-integrationProgramme, newly created by the Northern Governors to serve as vehicle for the economic recovery of northern States through international relations on infrastructure, manufacturing, stimulate agricultural value chain and trade and make the region a global payer agricultural export in line with the vision of late Premier of the Region.
The Governors Forum led by Governor Kashim Shettima, engaged the services of Malam Tanimu Yakubu Kurfi as Cheif Executive Officer of the Programme. Kurfi was Chief Economic Adviser to late President Umaru Musa Yar'adua and he has wide contact with leading development companies and financial institutions across the world."The 19 Governors of the north jointly created this approach. We want to go beyond lamentation to provide solutions and we all know that power is key to industrial development. With power, we can create jobs, stimulate our economies and make life better for our people. The General Electric has over 120 years experience in energy solutions and they have been operating in Nigeria for over 50 years, we cannot have a better partner than GE. We shall do our part as Governors, this I will assure you. We are deeply committed to this agreement" Governor Kashim Shettima said at the MOU signing ceremony.

Man rapes and kills eight-year-old girl who was waiting for a bus to take her to church
This 53-year-old monster pictured above to the left, Glen R. Ramey, has been arrested for the rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl, Sabrina Stauffenberg, who was snatched from her front porch as she waited for a ride to church. Police found Sabrina's body on Wednesday by tracing her cell phone signal.
According to MailOnline; friends of the family told Fox News that Ramey, who has mental health problems, was dating a relative of the child.
Sabrina’s stepmother also confirmed to DailyMail that the rapist is a friend of the child’s father.
Shortly before Sabrina's disappearance, she had called her Grandmother to let her know that the church bus was late to pick her up. She also informed her Grandmother that she would wait until the bus arrived to take her to church.
Ramey has been taken into custody by Illinois State Police on Sunday.
He is accused of killing Sabrina whose body was found behind a vinegar plant earlier in the week. He is also being charged with predatory sexual assault of a child and murder while being remanded in custody at Richland County Jail.
