President Trump is not happy with the media coverage of his historic summit with North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un.

According to him, 'so funny to watch the Fake News, especially NBC and CNN. They are fighting hard to downplay the deal with North Korea. 500 days ago they would have “begged” for this deal-looked like war would break out. Our Country’s biggest enemy is the Fake News so easily promulgated by fools!'.

Jamie Foxx accused of using his private part to slap a woman's face

Jamie Foxx is being accused of using his penis to slap a woman's face in 2002.

The woman told police last week that nearly 16 years ago, the 50-year-old actor, whose real name is Eric Marlon Bishop, tried to make her perform oral sex on him at a party at his house in Las Vegas. She claims that when she refused, he struck her in face with his penis.

The woman further claims that after the alleged assault, one of Jamie's friends told her she had to get out of the house. She claims she went to a hospital the next day when she got back home to Los Angeles to get treatment for a severe panic attack.

The accuser says the #MeToo movement inspired her to finally file the police report. She also claims she wanted the alleged penis-slapping incident recorded in case other accusers come forward.

Jamie Foxx denies the allegations and brands it an "absurd lie".

His attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, told TMZ:

Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.

Hart adds,

The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.

Boy shoots girlfriend in head 3 times and runs over her with a car but he dies while fleeing scene

A woman was shot and killed by her boyfriend on Erie Boulevard, New York. He then tried to escape the scene but was knocked down by a car and died.

Nahjayyah Daise, 21, from Albany, New York, and Larnell Kennedy, 22, had been dating on and off. But on Sunday, Larnell shot Daise as she drove them down a busy Albany street.

Larnell allegedly shot Daise, who was driving, in the head three times from inside the vehicle. The car then struck a utility pole and stopped. Larnell then took Daise out of the car, got into the driver's seat, put the vehicle in reverse and ran over Daise's body before another motorist used their car to block Larnell's car from leaving, police said.

Police say that Larnell then ran from the scene on foot, attempted to cross nearby Interstate 90 and was killed when a car hit him. Both were pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center.

Police said at a news conference at Albany police headquarters that they believe that the couple had been together "on-and-off" for four to five years and that they had separated just before the weekend's incidents.

"There is no indication that anything like this was ever going to happen," Acting Chief Robert Sears said. "They did have their ups and downs during their relationship but nothing that would ever indicate something like this would happen."

Beautiful Kenyan woman dies after undergoing breast augmentation surgery at a spa in Nairobi

A 35-year-old woman June Wanza Mulupi, died of sepsis after a botched breast augmentation surgery in Karen, Kenya.

The mother of three died last week at Nairobi Hospital where she was rushed after developing complications from a breast enlargement surgery.

The procedure was carried out by an unidentified surgeon in his office at Galleria Mall last week. Wanza was discharged but developed severe abdominal pain that worsened.

She had gone to Nairobi Hospital for review on Wednesday and was immediately admitted to the High Dependency Unit, then the ICU.

Doctors realised that her intestines had been cut or punctured in the first surgery, apparently a fat transfer augmentation. Her blood pressure was dangerously low.

“Because her intestines were cut, all the waste was seeping out and spreading inside the stomach. That caused an infection called sepsis. Doctors battled to save her life on Friday but she died from the infection,” a family member told the Star on Tuesday.

Wanza is to be buried on Saturday. The family requested time to grieve before they divulge more information.

“We are having the postmortem tomorrow [today]. Allow us to finish that process,” they said through lawyer Jared Orare.

Wanza’s intestine had been severed, and waste had spilled into her abdominal cavity — the cause of the acute pains.

She developed sepsis, an infection that takes effect when the body’s immune system releases chemicals into the bloodstream to fight an infection.

A team of doctors, led by Prof Stanley Khainga, frantically attended to Wanza. Speaking to The Star yesterday, Dr. Khainga was called in as a corrective surgeon after Wanza was admitted to Nairobi Hospital.

The surgeon said the patient had also developed gas gangrene, likely from the incisions made during the surgery. Khainga said the infection usually spreads quickly.

“It was gas gangrene which is an infection of soft tissues from bacteria on the skin. I was just called in to control that. When gas gangrene gets under the skin, it kills blood supply and eats the fat and whatever remains. If you don’t remove the dead skin then it spreads all over and you can’t control it,” he said.

“The wounds through which the surgery is done are the ones that now become the portals of entry of the bacteria. For her, it was an infection that was too fast. I was just intervening to control that and correct the shock and so on. I was in Nairobi Hospital when they called me. She was a referral. As a consultant, I was trying to sort out the problem.”

Presidential Panel recovers $7m ‘Stashed’ In Heritage Bank, N533m diverted by ex-directors of NEXIM bank

The Special Presidential Investigation Panel (SPIP) for the Recovery of Public Property has recovered seven million dollars (N2.1 billion at official rate) illegally kept in Heritage Bank.

A statement by the Spokesperson of the SPIP, Lucie-Ann Laha, says the Chairman of the panel, Okoi Obono-Obla, disclosed this while briefing President Muhammadu Buhari on activities of the panel.

Laha quoted Obono-Obla as telling the president that the panel had also recovered N533 million and land worth N1.5 billion, all from the “previous management” of NEXIM Bank.

He said the recovered funds and property has since been returned to the bank.

Obono-Obla stated that the panel had also recovered and returned to the National Theatre, N24 million which was allegedly diverted by some directors of the agency.

Also recovered, he said, were two hectares of land in Abuja valued at over N2 billion, belonging to the National Council of Arts and Culture. The chairman further told President Buhari that the panel also recovered and returned a part of Agura Hotel belonging to the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).

He said the recovered part of the hotel had been illegally “annexed by some so-called powerful persons with untouchable connections for over 20 years’’.

Other recoveries by the SPIP, according to Obono-Obla, are 19 official Sports Utility Vehicles allegedly taken away by former Commissioners of the National Population Commission after their tenures in office.

He said the panel had charged a former Director in the Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing to court for failure to declare his assets which include houses in upscale areas of Abuja, a quarry and a farm within the Federal Capital Territory, for which a court has granted an interim forfeiture order, he said.

“The SPIP is also investigating some members of the National Assembly and former governors for a range of alleged offences. These include illegal purchase of designated official residences for principal officers of the National Assembly excluded from the monetisation policy at giveaway prices. Others are purchase of several property worth hundreds of millions in various currencies, and flagrant abuse of office thus causing financial adversity to the nation,” Obono-Obla said in the briefing to President Buhari

He said the SPIP was partnering with the United Kingdom’s Home Secretary to ensure that some public officers “perceived to have looted public funds and illegally acquired assets both in Nigeria and the UK’’ were prevented from entering that country.

The SPIP chairman equally told Buhari that the panel was beaming its searchlight on several companies for a wide range of alleged offences.

Some of the companies, he said, are Celtel, for alleged tax evasion since 2005; Western Oil and Gas, for illegally drilling crude oil in Delta, and seven others for alleged failure to pay royalties to the Federal Government in about 10 years.

He said some multinational oil companies based in Egi Kingdom, Rivers, were also being investigated for allegedly conniving with unscrupulous individuals to dodge their obligations to the community to the tune of N38 billion and 30 million dollars.

“Also under investigation by the panel is another company, which has failed to to fulfill its contractual agreement to dredge the Calabar Channel, years after receiving $12 million. The panel has also compiled a list of over 200 past and serving public officers perceived to have illegally enriched themselves at the expense of the nation and the Nigerian people, among others,” Obono-Obla said in the briefing.
