Dino Melaye has debunked report of buying his daughter a Lamborghini on her 11th birthday. 

 

The former lawmaker who affirmed that the Instagram account with the name Mary Melaye is a fake account, stated that he has no daughter called Mary. 

 

He wrote; 

 

I have no daughter called Mary and the Instagram account with the name Mary Melaye is fake. How can any responsible father buy even a KIA Rio for a child @11. Dino Matter dey sweet una to lie sha. 

Fake account. I did not buy any car for my daughter

Nigerian actor, Alex Ekubo has slammed a woman who advised Nigerian-American actress Yvonne Orji to desist from working with him.

 

Alex shared a photo he took with Yvonne and captioned it, "First it was bitter, then it was sweet, then it was bitter sweet, then it was sweeeeeeeeet all the way to the end, then @yvonneorji gently rubbed my chest, looked me in the eye & said I love you Alexx, & I gently removed her hand & replied thanks Sis, I appreciate you."

 

A follower felt Alex's caption was inappropriate and commented, warning Yvonne to stay in Hollywood and desist from working with Alex.

 

Alex hit back, curisng the woman.

FG grants approval to Lufthansa, Air France/KLM airlines to resume flights

The Federal government has granted approval to Lufthansa, Air France/KLM airlines to resume flight operations in Nigeria.

 

The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, announced this on his Twitter handle on Tuesday morning November 17.

''We are working with Ministry of Health, CACOVID & The PTF to open Kano, Port Harcourt & possibly Enugu airports before the end of the year. Also Lufthansa, Air France/KLM has been given go ahead to resume. Qatar Airways is approved to start Abuja. Thank you for your patience''the Minister tweeted

Recall that in September, the Federal government barred the airlines and some others from operating in Nigeria shortly after it opened the airspace for international flights. Read here.

A Nigerian mum of eight simply identified as Gladys who was accused of witchcraft and allegedly caged in her home in Orerokpe in Delta state, has been rescued and taken to the hospital.

 

Human rights activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, who shared the story, told LIB that the woman is originally from Ozoro in Delta state but got married to a man from Orerokpe. He said the husband and his family members, after many years of marriage, accused the lady of being a witch and threw her into a cage they built in his compound. 

 

According to Harrison, the husband despite accusing his wife of being a witch, made his way into the cage where she was left to die and was still having sex with her. She had three of their children while she was in the cage. Harrison told LIB that his organization, Behind Bars Initiative, got wind of the woman's deplorable state on Monday, November 16.

 

He and his team arrived in Orerokpe Tuesday morning November 17 and have moved the lady to the General Hospital in Orerokpe for treatment.

Nollywood actor, Charles Inojie took to Instagram to celebrate his 8th wedding anniversary with his wife Obehi Inojie. 

 

The actor described his wife as a "friend, sister, mother and wife all rolled into one" in his wedding anniversary post. Charles Inojie wrote;

Police prevent family members and media from entering court for #EndSARS frontliner, Eromosele Adene?s trial (video)

A dramatic scene was recorded in the morning of Tuesday November 17, as the Police reportedly prevented family members and media from entering Yaba Magistrates Court where the case of #EndSARS frontliner, Eromosele Adene was to be heard. 
 

Channels TV reported that they observed that the Police had used their vehicle to create a barricade on the street leading into the court.
 

In a video shared online, some family members were also seen confronting some officers over their refusal to allow them into the courtroom. A woman said she was already inside and she just came out to meet someone, only to be prevented from going back in, whereas her belongings were inside.
