Pretty lady reveals how masturbation helps ease stress at work

Nadia Bokody, 34, has revealed the 'amazing' way she passes relaxes when stressed up at work. The sex columnist and editor, said, when she is stressed she finds a place to masturbate and after the act she feels relaxed and happy.

In a post she shared on social media, Nadia explained how and why she does it. She revealed that when she’s feeling a little tense, or sexually frustrated while sitting at her desk, she slips out for her daily “coffee break”.

“When other colleagues are busy self-indulgently puffing on their cinnamon vapes and making trips to Starbucks to wait in line for 10 minutes for their pumpkin lattes, I’m rubbing one out,” she writes.

“If it’s lunch time, I’ll head home for a quick dalliance with my vibrator (perks of living walking distance from the office), but on the odd occasion I can’t wait that long, I’ll pop into the restroom, throw in my headphones, and silently surf some RedTube until my stresses are eased.

“Fifteen minutes later, I’ll reemerge brighter and more focused, ready to tackle whatever the rest of the day throws at me.”

She also said there are scientifically proven benefits related to masturbating.

“A study published in The Journal Of Sexual Medicine found orgasms are actually better for the brain than typical mental exercises, like Soduku and crossword puzzles,” she explains.

“This is because, during a climax, blood flow is boosted to every single part of the brain, whereas mental exercises only stimulate certain regions. In other words, if your employer wants to beat the 3p.m. workplace productivity slump once and for all, they should seriously consider implementing a fap break policy.”

Nadia made it clear that she’s not bothered about breaking any workplace etiquette rules either.

“The fact is, what you do alone behind the closed door of your office restroom cubicle is really none of your employer’s business, provided you’re not doing it outside of your break time. So, fap away, I say”, she said.

BBA couple Pokello and Elikem caught up in messy divorce as Pokello refuses to sign divorce papers

Former Big Brother Africa housemate, Pokello Nare and her estranged husband Elikem Kumordzie are currently going through a messy divorce after their separation in 2017.

Elikem, 29, who met Pokello, 32, during BBA in 2013, filed for divorce last month saying he lost affection and love before he declared their relationship “irreparable”.

After their marriage hit rock bottom, the former lovebirds seperated with Pokello moving back to Zimbabwe leaving her husband in Ghana.

Pokello has since filed a notice of intention to defend summons issued by her husband, Elikem Kumordzie, 29, seeking a decree of divorce against her

” Be pleased to take note that the defendant has entered an appearance to defend the above action on this 28th day of September.” her notice read.

She placed the notice last week on September 28, a day after she was served with the summons.

Kumordzie said Pokello was always jealous and was harming his professional work as she got uncomfortable when he plays romantic roles in movies.

Elikem who doesn't mind leaving his child with her , sought a divorce decree that the custody of their minor child be awarded to her with him exercising reasonable access on agreed holidays. He also wants to pay $500 monthly as maintenance.

Pokello and Kumordzie were married under the Marriages Act at Harare on September 28, 2015, and the marriage still subsists.

“They have not stayed together as husband and wife for the past year since September 2017,” reads Kumordzie’s declaration.

“…such is regarded by Kumordzie to be incompatible with the continuation of a normal marriage relationship. As a result, Kumordzie has lost love and affection to the extent that there are no prospects for reconciliation due to irretrievable differences between the parties.”

Early this year, Kumordzie was quoted saying his marriage to Pokello was a mistake. He posted a short video of an engagement ring with a big rock on Thursday with the caption: “I’m definitely not making a mistake on the next one. The right one.”

The two met in the BBA house in 2013 and got engaged in 2014 and had a traditional marriage in 2015.

After rumours of her breakup with Kumordzie, Pokello in a series of messages on social media early this year messages, gave an insight about my marital issues .

“You will hear good things about me; you will hear bad things about me. Think what you want. I ain’t clearing s*** up,” she wrote.

Mass grave containing 800 dead German soldiers discovered in Russia (Photo)

A mass grave containing the remains of 800 German soldiers killed in World War II has been unearthed during building work in the south-western Russian city of Volgograd, the German War Graves Commission said on Friday.

The discovery in the once fiercely-contested city, previously known as Stalingrad, was made while water pipes were being laid, the commission said.

Full excavation will be problematic because part of the grave is located beneath a housing development, it added. The victory of Soviet troops at the Battle of Stalingrad is considered a major turning point in the war. In the winter of 1942/43, it is estimated that some 700,000 soldiers and civilians died on both sides.

Some historians believe more than one million people died during the battle, with many of them freezing to death in below-zero temperatures. Many are still officially missing. The bones from the mass grave are believed to have belonged to soldiers, who died in the winter months of 1942/43, according to the association.

The men were buried hastily in a grave that also contained animals to contain the spread of disease. The association has been working with Russian authorities in the area for some 25 years. If remains are clearly identified with the help of identifying features and historical documents, family members are contacted.

The remains are then reburied in official military cemeteries such as Rossoshka, about 40 kilometres outside Volgograd. If identified, the newly discovered remains will also be brought there.

No president In the world can be as Irresponsible as the Nigerian president' - Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Kukah

The Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Hassan Kukah has said that there is a very high tendency for any Nigerian President to be irresponsible due to the extent of power he wields.

He stated this in his address during the annual lecture at the Ulefunta/Oyemekun festival in Akure, the Ondo State capital, on Friday. According to Kukah, no President in the world could boast of the kind of power available to the Nigerian President.

In his words: “No President in the world has the kind of power the Nigerian president has and as such, no President in the world can be as irresponsible as the Nigerian President. His power is so much that he can give oil bloc to his girlfriend and many others.

You thus can’t be a man of honour and live in a country like Nigeria and not be angry. What is the problem? It is the dilemma of leadership. In America, there are basic expectations of what a President should be. For instance, he must have gone through Harvard as an institution, he must have language and track record, not even wealth.

You can’t surprise the system. Here in Nigeria, a local government Chairman wants to be Governor; the Governor wants to be President and the President doesn’t want to go! Many states have two governors representing them at the National Assembly.

Governors have control and monopoly of resources of state and they use same resources to oppress them.”

The bishop also lamented the lack of loyalty on the part of citizens, saying: “In Nigeria, it is not a question of looking for trouble because trouble is already here. The Nigerian state has no capacity to protect itself and there is no loyalty to Nigeria from its citizens but to those who help individuals to get to positions in the system."

He, however, cited two leaders he thinks are models for good leadership. He said: “Awolowo, for his major quintessential evidence as somebody who already figured out what he would do with power if he got it. He understood the building blocks for an egalitarian society. Aminu Kano single-handedly took on the feudal class in northern society and had a deep understanding of society, even as he textually talked about a free society in a way and manner that didn’t offend religion".

“We have to understand the building blocks of society which is not too different from the rules of building a house. A good society is not different from the building blocks of society. When a building collapses, it didn’t collapse in a day. It began to collapse a long time ago. For us to build a good society, we have to have eyes that monitor the needs, growth and development and feelings of that society. Then you can be sure of the quality of that society."

Governor Aregbesola describes the Saraki led PDP protest as a 'charade of mentally unstable people who need psychiatric attention'

Governor Rauf Aregbesola has described as a charade, Senate President Bukola Saraki-led protest against the defeat of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun governorship election.

Aregbsesola spoke at the presidential villa in Abuja saying that the protest of the PDP and select senators, including Dino Melaye and Ben Bruce, “is nothing but a charade and an act of irresponsibility’’.

In his words, “the party that was defeated in the election is already in the tribunal. So, I don’t know what the protest is meant to do. It is a charade and an act of gross irresponsibility. After an election, the only option left for any responsible citizen is to go to the tribunal. If you are already in court and you are still doing a street protest, it is either you are not mentally stable or you need psychiatric attention".

Saraki had led members of PDP on Friday to engage in a protest to the Abuja headquarter of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the police headquarters. They expressed displeasure at the outcome of the recently concluded Osun State Governorship election and demanded that INEC declare PDP candidate Ademola Adeleke as the winner of the Osun election.

Senate President Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, and the national chairman of the party, Uche Secondus, were among those that led the protest.
