Obasanjo says recent budget padding allegations affirms his statement that NASS is filled with rogues and armed robbers

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo who in 2012 described the National Assembly and state Houses of Assembly as institutions filled with rogues and armed robbers, yesterday said the recent budget padding allegations and counter allegations emanating from the House of Representatives, proves that his statement was right.
