An American on Twitter @caseycdutch who claims to be married to a a Nigerian and invests in the country has reacted to President Buhari's decision to seek a second term calling him a 'failure'.
According to him, 'Buhari has failed to deliver. Real simple. In a democracy, you either deliver or you are voted out. Very simple. Buhari has not delivered so must be voted out. Democracy is a demanding mistress, but the one who loves you most'.
