Williams Uchemba releases pre-wedding photos as he announces wedding date

 

Actor Williams Uchemba has released his pre-wedding photos. He also announced he'll be getting married on November 21.

 

The former child actor announced only two weeks ago that he was engaged and he introduced his woman to the world. He added that he has a wedding to plan.

 

His wedding festivities will begin exactly one week from today.

 

Youth members return to Lagos panel

 

Rinu Oduala and Temitope Majekodunmi, the youth members of the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry resumed sitting on Saturday November 14, after boycotting the panel for over a week in protest against the freezing of their bank accounts and that of other #EndSARS promoters by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

 

Recall that retired Justice Doris Okuwobi-led panel had adjourned its sitting till November 7 following its inability to form a quorum due to the boycott of the sitting by the two youth panel members

 

It is expected that the Nigerian Army will return to give its testimony on Saturday November 14. 

 

Top military officers, whose statements on oath have already been submitted to the panel are the Commander of 81 Military Intelligence Brigade, Victoria Island, Lagos, Brig. Gen. Ahmed Taiwo; Chief of Staff, 81 Division, Nigerian Army, VI, Lagos, Brig. Gen. Nsikak Edet; Commander, 81 Division Garrison, VI, Brig. Gen. Francis Omata; Commander, 9 Brigade, Ikeja, Brig. Gen. Musa Etsu-Ndagi; and Commanding Officer, 65 Battalion, Bonny Camp, VI, Lt. Col. Salisu Bello.

 

Three Brigadier Generals and one Lieutenant Colonel have also been listed to testify before the panel. It was further learnt that military and legal teams are already seated and proceedings are currently ongoing.

Former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder, Alex Song makes shock move to Djibouti club Arta Solar 7 after being sacked by FC Sion (photos)

 

Former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder, Alex Song has completed a shock move to Djibouti club Arta Solar 7. 

 

The 33-year-old has been a free agent since March when he and eight other players were sacked by Swiss club FC Sion for refusing a pay-cut amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

However, the midfielder is now back in the sport after signing a two-year deal with Arta Solar 7.

 

 

"I have signed a two year contract with Arta. This is an opportunity to promote Djibouti football", he announced on twitter.
 

Song was unveiled earlier today and has been handed the No.17 shirt by the club.

Recounting how good their relationship was before it got to public space after the "Assurance" music video, the superstar singer disclosed that the hate messages Chioma and her parents were getting from faceless people affected their relationship. 

 

Also narrating how the pressure from outsiders affected their marriage plans, Davido stated that they will get married but not now as they've realized that their relationship is only between them. 

 

 

Also recalling how crazy it was after Chioma got pregnant, Davido disclosed that he was romantically involved with the mothers of his children and didn't just have a one night stand with them. 

 

The singer who also recounted how the fight between him and his first baby mama, Sophia Momodu ensued, Davido said he felt at that time that her Uncle Dele Momodu was intruding in their relationship. Jigan Baba Oja has revealed he's tired of being cast as a gateman in movies.

 

The comedian took to Twitter to ask movie producers to help his career by giving him other roles.

Edo state governor, Godwin Obaseki, and his deputy, Philip Shaibu, have been sworn-in for a second term in office. Their swearing-in ceremony took place at the Samuel Ogbemudia township stadium today November 12.

 

Obaseki was re-elected after polling the highest number of votes in the keenly-contested governorship election conducted on Saturday, September 20.

 

Dignitaries in attendance include governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, Duoye Diri of Bayelsa State, Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State; among others.
